Pre Built Media Wall Website Order Process
- Place the order through our website, If your TV is smaller than the Standard cutout size and requires a customised cutout, leave a note in the notes section in the cart with your TV’s height and width.
- Please ensure there is at least a 2-inch gap above the media wall for installation.
- We will design the top section of the media wall around your sizes leaving a 1-inch gap all around.
- Please include in the notes the height of the wall from floor to ceiling where the media wall will be placed, so we can adjust if needed to make sure the media wall fits and can be installed with ease.
- We will create and email you a 3D CAD drawing of your media wall based on your sizes. We offer a 3D CAD drawing of your media wall, valued at £250, free of charge based on the sizes you provide. This offer is conditional on completing the media wall manufacturing process. However, if you decide to cancel after receiving your CAD drawings but before the manufacturing process is finished, a charge of £250, plus an administrative fee, will apply. Please note any revised drawings requested after the initial designs have been submitted will incur a charge of £35 per alteration.
- Once the drawing has been approved we will begin the manufacturing process.

Please note that we are unable to provide an exact delivery date until your media wall is fully completed and ready to be shipped. The standard lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks from CAD confirmation.
Once your media wall is finished, our courier will contact you to arrange delivery. Please be advised that we cannot accommodate specific delivery date requests prior to this point.
If you choose to have a gap built into the top section for a soundbar the height of the total unit will increase by the height of your soundbar + 1 inch.
Please note the Phoenix media walls cannot be customised. There is no need for measurements for this wall.
2-man Delivery straight from the manufacturers
We offer a 2-Man home delivery service with all our Windermere fires products and will deliver to your room of choice inside your home we will also take away all your packaging.
Our delivery service does not cover postcodes starting with ZE, TR, SR, PO, PH, KW, IV, PA, JE, IM, HS, GY, PH, KA, and BT. Additionally, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, or any other offshore islands.
Please be aware, our 2-man delivery is ground floor only.
Once a date is chosen, the evening before that date we will send you a text or email to confirm when we will be delivering your item the next day along with a 3 hour delivery time slot so you know when to expect us. On the delivery day, our delivery crew will call you when they’re on their way to the delivery address. Keeping you informed all the way through the delivery.
