This frameless fire from Twilight Fires is mind-glowingly wonderful. It’s contemporary, it’s realistic and has put the ‘wow’ into our new media wall. Thanks Twilight - your service, communication and delivery was faultless.
Our Lumiere fire had rather cheap, plasticky logs so we bought a kit. Rapidly delivery followed and the set has transformed the fire - so much better. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.
There didn’t look to be too many in the box upon opening but actually they for perfectly into the fire so it’s a good job I gave correct measurements. Very happy.
I wasn't sure what fire to buy to give a lovely effect and throw out some heat. I'm really pleased with this one and it was well within a tight budget!
Very satisfied with my new Suncrest Talent Electric Fireplace Suite. From placing order to the two very helpful and polite guys who delivered it and worked straight out of the box. I would fully recommend Twilight Fires to anybody.

I’ve plugged this in, to check it was working, and it obviously did. Too early in the year to leave it on, however, now looking for a surround to house it. Looking forward to using it in the colder months. It’s a nice looking piece 😊

Sorry I had trouble uploading my review as my phone is awaiting repair I think it may have been uploaded more than once .
A superb large box of assorted slightly burnt logs to make our new fire look really special. I wanted to have a few more logs than in the picture but the wife didn’t want to overload the fire. So pleased with our purchase with lots of logs to have a play around with at a later stage.
I recently purchased a ‘Tamarin 44’ fire suite from Twilight Fires, but was disappointed to learn that within the space of 24hrs, the fire was listed as discontinued, leaving a ‘sour taste in the mouth’. However, this was the only negative encountered in respect of my purchase, and for the remainder of the order fulfillment, the customer service team and the manner in which they strived to find a comparative alternative was exemplary.
I was offered a number of options ranging from a complete refund and cancellation of my order, through to alternate proposals with upgrades if acceptable to me.
I finally opted for a Sureflame 52 open fronted suite (the Tamarin was fully enclosed) with upgraded log set. I did find the suite cheaper elsewhere, and there was no reservation in Twilight matching the price quoted. I have since found the fire even cheaper, but would have willingly paid the additional £100 or so from the offset to have received the service and support from Twilight.
Fo anyone looking for a ‘floating suite’, then I can highly recommend both the fire and the upgraded logs supplied as an accompaniment. The standard ‘grain’ bed and artificial log set are somewhat unconvincing in appearance, however the addition of the custom hand charred logs and chippings totally transform this fire suite. People who have seen it in situ, believe it to be a ‘real’ gas fire, and are astonished to learn that it is in fact electric. Incidentally there are sufficient logs and chippings supplied to provide for replacement, should the initial covering become dusty or faded over time.
Overall, a great purchasing experience following the initial disappointment, and I would highly recommend Twilight to anyone looking for a quality product and personal service.
