I love the Borderless full glass media wall electric fire I purchased from Twilight. The team were very helpful on line and by phone. I purchased extra logs and my fire looks amazing . I can also choose from several colours of flame if I feel like a change of atmosphere. The heat that came from the fire was perfect for my sitting room. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend my fire and this company.

I recently purchased a ‘Tamarin 44’ fire suite from Twilight Fires, but was disappointed to learn that within the space of 24hrs, the fire was listed as discontinued, leaving a ‘sour taste in the mouth’. However, this was the only negative encountered in respect of my purchase, and for the remainder of the order fulfillment, the customer service team and the manner in which they strived to find a comparative alternative was exemplary.
I was offered a number of options ranging from a complete refund and cancellation of my order, through to alternate proposals with upgrades if acceptable to me.
I finally opted for a Sureflame 52 open fronted suite (the Tamarin was fully enclosed) with upgraded log set. I did find the suite cheaper elsewhere, and there was no reservation in Twilight matching the price quoted. I have since found the fire even cheaper, but would have willingly paid the additional £100 or so from the offset to have received the service and support from Twilight.
Fo anyone looking for a ‘floating suite’, then I can highly recommend both the fire and the upgraded logs supplied as an accompaniment. The standard ‘grain’ bed and artificial log set are somewhat unconvincing in appearance, however the addition of the custom hand charred logs and chippings totally transform this fire suite. People who have seen it in situ, believe it to be a ‘real’ gas fire, and are astonished to learn that it is in fact electric. Incidentally there are sufficient logs and chippings supplied to provide for replacement, should the initial covering become dusty or faded over time.
Overall, a great purchasing experience following the initial disappointment, and I would highly recommend Twilight to anyone looking for a quality product and personal service.

We went into several shops and looked online for ages to find the right fire. We found this one and watched some video reviews and went with this one. It is beautiful, we paid the extra for the other logs but to be honest we would have been just as happy with the ones it came with. The company who built our media wall said it is one of the nicer ones they have seen

My electric fireplace has been installed with ease to look just like the pictures, and have exceeded my expectations with how nice it looks. Would highly recomend.

The delivery service did take a couple of days longer than expected but overall the service from twilight fires was very good

I bought the Ravenna Electric Stove for its realistic log burner look. The build quality is great and the weight of the door gives it an authentic feel. Enjoyed trying the multiple light and flame choices to find a cosy realistic effect. Really pleased with it.
The price was fantastic. Delivery was very quick.
We did have an issue at first but the response from Twighlight and the manufacturer was quick and I can't fault the aftercare service. I definitely recommend Twighlight.

After much deliberation we decided to purchase a LUX 100 Panoramic Electric Fireplace to be fitted into a wall-to-wall bespoke media/ sideboard unit to be made by a local carpenter. After much research and having read some great reviews of Twilight Fires (whose prices seemed to be very competitive) we opted to purchase from them a Solution Fires LUX 100 Panoramic Electric Fireplace with three upgrades: a Premium 'Real Log' Fuel Bed, Anti-Reflective Glass and a Smoked Glass Flame Screen. The on-line ordering process went very smoothly and our order was passed to manufacturers Solution Fires immediately; and the fire was delivered by them just two days later - all-in-all, a pretty fast turn-around!

We unpacked the fire immediately it arrived, connected it to the mains and thoroughly tested it throughout the same day without making up the fuel-bed inside the cassette. Everything worked exactly as it should; we used the IR remote initially and then the installed the phone app and finally the Alexa voice skill option. These all worked with the fire too and we particularly like the phone app, its very good!

We were immediately impressed with the fire despite having visited Solution Fires and seen it working first-hand in their excellent showroom. Having no idea of how their flame-effect technology worked (and would hate to damage anything) in relation to the flame screen, we consulted Solution Fires via email about fitting both the replacement Anti-Reflective Glass front screen and the Flame Screen upgrades and they were very helpful although we only intended, sensibly, to replace these two screens with the two upgrade screens after the unit has been built and the cassette has been fitted into place. They confirmed too that we could stand the cassette on the floor and attach it with brackets to the rear wall.

Our carpenter made a great job of building the unit and fitting the fire cassette accurately into place - it took about two and a half days to complete. The media unit is really a posh sideboard with the fire in the middle and all of the wiring for the TV (& attendant media add-ons) hidden in the left-hand cupboard. The four drawers all have beautiful Blum self-close runner actions and the cupboard doors have Blum push-to-open/close actions. The central 'letter-box' panel can be removed should the cassette need to be accessed and this unit really has improved that end of our 10M long Lounge.

We bought our electric fire for our new home and it looks beautiful and modern in the corner of the lounge. The fire puts out a good heat and has a very effective flame effect.
