We bought our electric fire for our new home and it looks beautiful and modern in the corner of the lounge. The fire puts out a good heat and has a very effective flame effect. The fire is reassuringly heavy and feels very good quality. The fire was quickly delivered and well packed and so I would buy from this company again.

Excellent service from Twilight Fires, we love the fire, I wish it was a bit smarter (those of us that like smart eco systems) and disappointed the the anti reflective glass is only on the from and not an option for the sides (this is manufacturer discussion not Twilights)

So happy with the real log bundle we ordered. Took all of the fake logs out of our new electric fire and replace it with these and it looks so much better! Really recommend.
Love the look of the fire. The real wood logs are an absolute essential upgrade. Definitely purchase those if want a high end finish. Really impressed with the quality and would purchase again.
