Having recentlyminstalled new boiler and radiators, we had our old gas fire removed. Therefore a substitute was necessary to fill avery large gap in the chimney breast. Since installing a gas fire would necessitate extensive mods to the chimney to meet modern standards, we opted to have electric.The search began! After much debate and endless searching we came upon Twilight Fires. The fire we had pre-chosen was the Antigua and Twilight were able to supply. Their website was so much more navigable than many, many others and ordering was exceedingly straighforward. A slight apprehension in the supply chain was cordially allayed by Jonathan, the owner himself and the fire duly arrived. Everthing was fine and incidentally, Twilight were the most competitive of all the various companies we had considered. I would have abolutely no hesitation in recommending Twighlight to all. Great stove provides a beautiful focal point and good heat levels. Quiet operationally.
Having installed this instead of a multi fuel stove to be part of our move to create less emissions ( we have a solar/battery system) we are very pleased with its efficiency too

Love our new media wall!

Excellent customer service, the media wall was built bespoke to our required sizes with no trouble at all. Twilight fires even called us to go though our measurements to make sure they were all correct, as we required unusual sizes to showcase the ambilight feature of our tv. We were kept updated throughout the ordering and delivery process. The media wall itself was so easy to install, my partner even fitted it on his own in around and hour. Kesgrave fireplace suite

We did our research on electric fire suites and came across the above named suite, wow what can I say, a real showstopper in our living room,we really love it, adds the feature and coziness we was looking for, I will follow up with a picture but I am in Spain but I didn’t want to leave it another day before leaving a review of what an amazing company Twilight is to deal with from beginning to end, we had a small issue with the remote not being sent from the manufacturer, they resolved it straight away, they also price matched after we’d already purchased, how refreshing it is to deal with real people that really care about their customers, it’s almost a shock to get a voice from the company itself and then have them follow up and resolve straight away and not only that follow up again to check in with us that we are happy with everything, a family run business that deserve every positive 5 star review they get, companies take note this is how you run a business! Media wall

I had the professionally sprayed Windermere fire 72” Emilia pre-built media wall with fire package. The delivery team contacted me and arranged a delivery date. They turned up on time as arranged, they unpacked the fire and checked for any damage and made sure I was happy, which I was.
It was very easy to install the media wall and fire as it is in two pieces with easy to read instructions. There is also videos on YouTube to follow.
The fire is also easy to set up with choice of logs and or crystals depending on your style.
Its a great piece of furniture which really sets of the room, very modern look.

5 star service .Ordered a fire place for our media , it arrived when expected. , easy to install and we decided on the upgraded logs which look great , prompt reply to any queries we had . Only used twice so far but am very pleased.

LED FIRE LOG UPGRADE.

A superb large box of assorted slightly burnt logs to make our new fire look really special. I wanted to have a few more logs than in the picture but the wife didn’t want to overload the fire. So pleased with our purchase with lots of logs to have a play around with at a later stage.

Excellent Service

I recently purchased a ‘Tamarin 44’ fire suite from Twilight Fires, but was disappointed to learn that within the space of 24hrs, the fire was listed as discontinued, leaving a ‘sour taste in the mouth’. However, this was the only negative encountered in respect of my purchase, and for the remainder of the order fulfillment, the customer service team and the manner in which they strived to find a comparative alternative was exemplary.
I was offered a number of options ranging from a complete refund and cancellation of my order, through to alternate proposals with upgrades if acceptable to me.
I finally opted for a Sureflame 52 open fronted suite (the Tamarin was fully enclosed) with upgraded log set. I did find the suite cheaper elsewhere, and there was no reservation in Twilight matching the price quoted. I have since found the fire even cheaper, but would have willingly paid the additional £100 or so from the offset to have received the service and support from Twilight.
Fo anyone looking for a ‘floating suite’, then I can highly recommend both the fire and the upgraded logs supplied as an accompaniment. The standard ‘grain’ bed and artificial log set are somewhat unconvincing in appearance, however the addition of the custom hand charred logs and chippings totally transform this fire suite. People who have seen it in situ, believe it to be a ‘real’ gas fire, and are astonished to learn that it is in fact electric. Incidentally there are sufficient logs and chippings supplied to provide for replacement, should the initial covering become dusty or faded over time.
Overall, a great purchasing experience following the initial disappointment, and I would highly recommend Twilight to anyone looking for a quality product and personal service.

I love the Borderless full glass media wall electric fire I purchased from Twilight. The team were very helpful on line and by phone. I purchased extra logs and my fire looks amazing . I can also choose from several colours of flame if I feel like a change of atmosphere. The heat that came from the fire was perfect for my sitting room. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend my fire and this company.

We went into several shops and looked online for ages to find the right fire. We found this one and watched some video reviews and went with this one. It is beautiful, we paid the extra for the other logs but to be honest we would have been just as happy with the ones it came with.
